Welcome to Axiom Disaster Recovery (“AxiomDR”), including its affiliated platforms DisasterSight, GFI Ascend, PKS Global, Goliath Fiber, and Goliath Utilities (collectively “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website and any associated products, services, or software (the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Scope of Services

AxiomDR provides AI-assisted disaster analytics, infrastructure mapping, construction project management, and communications tools for clients in both public and private sectors. Our Services include, but are not limited to, field data visualization, real-time analytics, damage-assessment software, and infrastructure response coordination.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into legally binding contracts to use our Services. By registering, submitting data, or requesting a demo, you represent that the information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software code, trademarks, logos, graphics, and documentation appearing on this site or within our applications are the property of PKS Global LLC and its affiliates unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any portion of the Services without prior written consent.

4. Data & Privacy

We collect and process limited operational data to deliver our Services, including form submissions, analytics, and geospatial data related to field incidents. By using our platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy and data-handling practices consistent with GDPR, CCPA, and U.S. federal guidelines.

5. User Responsibilities

Do not upload confidential or classified information without written authorization.
Do not attempt to interfere with system security, APIs, or data integrity.
Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including export control, privacy, and data-security regulations.

6. Demo Requests & Subscriptions

Demo submissions or licensing inquiries through our contact forms do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of the Company. Pricing, availability, and feature sets are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from use of our Services. All software and data visualizations are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

8. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our platform integrates with or references third-party providers including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Mapbox, Twilio, Slack, Google Cloud, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Use of these external platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time, for any reason, including misuse, security violations, or legal obligations. Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Springfield, MO.
